Who can be a Group Leader?
Technically anyone, however in order to be successful, you should be involved in a social network or have plans to become part of one so that you can form a travel club. This position is ideal for those who are retired and wish to travel and enjoy life without having to be out of pocket.

How is a Group Leader Compensated?
For their efforts, Group Leaders have the opportunity to travel for free and or receive cash incentives based on seats sold on a motor coach. Maxima prides itself in its relationships and therefore compensates each Group Leader accordingly for their loyalty and passion for travel.

What Else?
Based on our annual programs, we periodically promote our tours through exciting FAM Tours and other Promotional Events. These programs are provided to educate you on the program and the destinations featured.

Being a group leader has many benefits. Your sole responsibility is to work with Maxima Tours in selling a trip to a pre-formed group or to small groups of people. Each group leader is provided with a direct sales manager contact at Maxima Tours. We have many tours for you to choose from, however we encourage you to come to us with your ideas – tell us where you want to travel.
